Carneros Business Park (website)

Carneros Business Park is a high-end 53-acre industrial business park located at the southern end of Sonoma County. The Carneros Business Park was developed while saving several heritage oak trees and features two lakes and a natural waterway meandering throughout the site.

Upon build-out, Carneros Business Park will feature over 750,000 square feet of buildings on seventeen parcels. Green Valley Ranch

Green Valley Ranch Commercial Center, ideally situated in a dynamic growth area and enjoying proximity to the Suisun Valley interchange with Interstate 80, just north of the merger with Interstate 680, is fully entitled and ready for development.

William A. Saks & Company originally acquired and master planned 110 acres in a mixed-use configuration including incorporating a bird rescue facility, which was sold to the State of California. The residential portions of this planned community were sold to Western Pacific Housing and Fairfield Residential, LLC, both of whom constructed hundreds of homes and apartments in the area, thus ensuring the marketability of the Green Valley Ranch Commercial Center.
