Although the Company no longer owns the following projects, they remain excellent examples of successfully completed developments by William A. Saks & Company. More importantly, these projects continue to be assets to the communities in which they are located.

The Rose Drive Medical Arts Center is a two-story medical and dental office building consisting of approximately 25,000 square feet. The structure is divided into two equal wings configured in the shape of an L which intersect with a spectacular three-story atrium. The atrium is the focal point of the building and creates an impressive main entrance.
The building features Mediterranean architecture with a handsomely finished stucco exterior complemented by tile inlays and a concrete tile roof. Parking is provided for 87 vehicles. The parking area and surrounding grounds are extensively landscaped as befitting a first class office building.
The Rose Medical Arts Center is situated on a 2.13 acre parcel located at the NEC of Columbus Parkway and Rose Drive in the City of Benicia. The property enjoys a prominent location, easy highway access, and visibility from Interstate 780. The building was completed in 1991 and sold in 2001.
The Jefferson Street Mansion was originally built in 1861 and was completely refurbished in 1987. A new sun-room, roof deck and major
interior modifications were all added as the building was converted from residential to commercial use. William A. Saks & Company successfully placed the building on the National Register of Historic Places.
The two-story stucco covered brick building features Georgian-style architecture as evidenced by its inlaid hardwood floors, 14-foot ceilings, Corinthian columns and 7 marble fireplaces. The magnificent structure is situated on nearly three-quarters of an acre amid mature landscaped grounds and sweeping views of the Carquinez Straits.
Vintage Landing, a single-family residential housing project, is located at the corner of East 5th and H Streets in Benicia, California. The project received the coveted "Best in American Living Award" naming it one of the best, small, detached home developments in the nation. The project was also nominated for the prestigious Pacific Coast Builder's "Gold Nugget Award."
The homes contain 1,375 square feet and offer two bedrooms and a study or a 3rd bedroom option as well as 2 1/2 bathrooms, a private deck off of the master bedroom, a fireplace, an outdoor patio adjacent to the dining room, and two-car garages. The distinctive style of the homes incorporates vintage architecture and boasts vaulted ceilings, entry porches, and cedar lap siding.
Although Vintage Landing III was ahead of its time, the design concepts are still regarded as a model for infill development.
